online bill pay. It's quick, easy, and simple, allowing you
to focus on feeling better, faster.
In all regions, except for the Tampa
Bay area, online bill pay is only available for bills dated on or
after 3/1/11.

account for 3-5 business days, and may not appear on statements
received during this period.
