About Us

Interpretive Services

In accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), MedExpress will provide auxiliary aids and services, which may include qualified sign language interpreters, when they are necessary, to ensure effective communication with individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing.

MedExpress offers language assistance to patients whose primary language is not English through bilingual staff, interpreters or arrangements with organizations providing interpretation/translation services and technology, as well as telephonic interpretation services.
